We offer “liquid catering” serving beer, wine, bubbly, signature cocktails, mocktails from "Honey", our vintage horse trailer turned mobile bar.
What do you get when two guys who love entertaining decide they want to start a business? Well, when one knows wines and the other knows cocktails and horses, you get the cutest, vintage mobile bar you have ever seen! After scouting for the perfect horse trailer they found a 1969, not so cute trailer but they knew with a little TLC she would be galloping again. The guys sought the experience of Freedom Welding and Fabrication and in several months, The Main Outpost was ready to party. This beauty needed a name and we settled on "Honey" which was a very special horse back in the 1970's and 80's that Pat grew up with. Honey would always be his Dad's favorite horse. She was a Palomino who was sweet, beautiful and a little sassy which happens to sound a bit like The Mane Outpost!
